Elders Electric has served West Michigan since 1928. What began as a small family electrical business has grown through four generations of ownership into an established electrical contracting company serving commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential clients.

Our Story
Elders Electric was founded by Albert Elders in 1928. At the time, electrical systems and construction methods looked very different from what they do today, but the need for skilled, reliable electrical work was just as important. Over the decades, each generation of the Elders family has contributed to the development of the company. The business has expanded its capabilities, adapted to new technologies, and taken on increasingly varied electrical projects while maintaining the personal accountability of a family-owned company. The historical photographs, early company vehicles, and records from previous generations reflect more than the age of the business. They show a long-standing commitment to serving customers, supporting projects, and building relationships that last.
